These Terms of Service (“Terms,” “we,” “our,” “us”) govern your use of the Innova Psychology website [innovapsychology.ca] (the “Site”) and any services provided through our practice, including services delivered via the Jane App (“Jane”), our secure platform for scheduling, forms, billing, and communication. By accessing or using our Site or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

USE OF OUR SERVICES:
1. Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals residing in Canada. By booking an appointment or using our Site, you confirm that you are legally permitted to do so.

2. Appointment Booking & Client Portal (Jane App)
We use Jane for appointment scheduling, intake forms, payment processing, and secure communication.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Jane account login details.

  • Appointments, cancellations, and reminders are managed in Jane in accordance with our clinic policies.

FEES, PAYMENTS & INSURANCE
1. Payments
All session fees, assessments, and other charges must be paid in full. Payments may be processed through Jane or other approved methods.

2. Insurance
We do not bill insurance directly. Upon request, we provide receipts for your submission to your insurer. Coverage varies by provider and plan—it is your responsibility to confirm insurance eligibility.

3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee. Details are outlined in our clinic policies and communicated during intake via Jane.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Use the Site and Jane App only for lawful purposes

  • Not misuse or interfere with any secure systems

  • Follow recommendations and policies provided by your clinician

USE OF WEBSITE CONTENT
All content on this Site—including text, graphics, logos, and resources—is the intellectual property of Innova Psychology.

You may not:

  • Reproduce or republish content without permission

  • Use Site materials for commercial purposes

  • Misrepresent or alter any content

LIMITATIONS OF SERVICE:
Our online content is for general informational purposes only.

  • Website content does not replace professional psychological diagnosis, therapy, or medical advice.

  • A therapeutic relationship is established only after completing intake through Jane and working directly with an Innova Psychology clinician.

  • We reserve the right to decline service when appropriate.

THIRD PARTY TOOLS & LINKS:
Our Site may include links to external websites or services (including Jane). We are not responsible for:

  • Their content

  • Their privacy practices

  • Any harm or loss that results from using them

Your use of Jane is also governed by Jane Software Inc.’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Innova Psychology is not liable for:

  • Any damages arising from your use of the Site

  • Technical issues or interruptions

  • Misuse of your Jane account or login information

  • Errors, omissions, or outdated content on the Site
