Innova Psychology is a Calgary-based practice offering comprehensive assessment and treatment services. We help individuals and families make sense of challenges, understand strengths, and access meaningful support. With a warm, respectful approach and a commitment to research-informed care, we aim to make the process clear, approachable, and effective.
-
Our assessments provide clarity and direction by exploring cognitive, academic, social-emotional, and/or behavioural functioning. Each assessment includes clear explanations, practical recommendations, and a collaborative approach designed to support success at home, school, and/or work.
-
We offer evidence-based counselling for children, teens, and young adults using approaches such as CBT, ACT and DBT-informed strategies, and modified evidence-based approaches for younger clients or individuals with developmental differences. Therapy sessions focus on helping you understand patterns, learn skills, and create meaningful change in your daily life. Whether you're navigating anxiety, low mood, stress, OCD, behavioural concerns, or emotional regulation challenges, we tailor treatment to your unique needs and goals.
-
In addition to therapy and assessment, we provide specialized services for concerns that benefit from more targeted approaches. This includes E/RP therapy for OCD, exposure therapy for specific phobias, accommodations and recommendations for school or workplace needs, and collaborative care with physicians, teachers, or other professionals involved in your support network. In addition, our psychologists have access to consultation and assessment with child and adolescent trained psychiatrists, as needed. These focused services are designed to offer practical tools, structured interventions, and coordinated care where it matters most.
